DRTR is failing

Issue/Introduction

DRTR Health Checks are failing and see that it is using the sp.swfservice.net url. See the screenshots below.

Cause

"sp.cwfservice.net" is a deprecated URL that was used in earlier versions of SGOS, 6.6.x.x and earlier, and may have remained after an upgrade to newer SGOS versions.

 

Resolution

The resolution to this issue is to perform the following commands in the CLI (Command Line Interface).

Proxy>en
Proxy#conf t
Proxy#(config)content-filter
Proxy#(config content-filter)bluecoat
Proxy#(config bluecoat)service disable
 ok
Proxy#(config bluecoat)service service-name "webpulse.es.bluecoat.com"
 ok
Proxy#(config bluecoat)service enable
 ok

Once the above steps have been completed, which are immediate, you will the following reflected in the health checks.
