Description

The client computer fails to boot after deploying an image of RHEL 6.5 operating system.

The client computer fails to boot to production on deploying an image of a computer on which RHEL 6.5 operating system has been installed using scripted OS install with boot partition as ext3.

 

The Deploy Image task fails

The Deploy Image task fails to deploy an image of an RHEL 6.5 computer with 3 primary, 1 extended, and 2 logical partitions.

Following is the workaround for this issue:

While creating the image, in the Create Image task > Advanced,  use the -IA as the Command-line options.
