IDMS Tools DB/AUDIT batch job abends with

SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0C4 REASON CODE=00000004
     ACTIVE LOAD MODULE ADDRESS=00088FE8 OFFSET=0001A8A6 NAME=GSSNKWP

Cause

The S0C4 abend for program GSSNKWP can be caused when the IDMS loadlib is APF authorized.

Resolution

Add a non-authorized library to STEPLIB to resolve this.
