Issue/Introduction

Network Prevent for Web incidents from mobile devices show the BlackBerry proxy as the sender

Cause

The BlackBerry proxy stripped the original sender information and substituted its own information.
The Detection Server then picks up the BlackBerry proxy as the sender and inserts that data into the incident.

Resolution

This is a function of the BlackBerry proxy.
We are reporting what the proxy is sending us.
If the proxy can be configured to keep the original sender's information in the traffic, then we will report that information.
