Microsoft Licensing site is blocked by CloudSOC (CASB) OneDrive Personal Gatelet

Issue/Introduction

When choosing the personal licensing option in the MS licensing site it redirects the User to the login.live.com site that is the same used by OneDrive

Resolution

This is functioning as designed.  If the user wants to access the MS licensing business site they should be using their company account. eg [email protected] and not a personal account.
