Issue/Introduction

IT Analytics does not display groups after upgrade to SEP 14.2 RU2.  Any cube views that contain group information are not functional.  This also affects dashboards as well

IT Analytics For SEP 14.2

Cause

The DELETED column of the IDENTITY_MAP table in the SEP database no longer supports a NULL value

Resolution

Modify the following 2 views:

'vITAnalytics_SEP_GroupDim'
'vITAnalytics_SEP_GroupFact'

so that, for every linked server (OPENQUERY) reference, the line that looks like this:

and DELETED IS NULL

now reads like this:

and DELETED = 0
