Instrumentation for SOA includes any combination of spm.pbl, webservices.pbd, spm-correlation.pbd, or appmap-soa.pbd specified in the directives line of your IntroscopeAgent.profile file (introscope.autoprobe.directives File). If any of these files are in use, ensure that both WebServicesAgent.jar and BoundaryOnlyTrace.jar are located in the <Agent Home>\core\ext directory of your agent, and that the agent is restarted.
