No video when booting into WinPE automation

Issue/Introduction
While booting into WinPE preboot environment, there is no video shown on the screen.
Environment
GSS 3.x
This applies to all boot environments using WinPE, including PXE, ISO, USB and Automation Folders.
Cause
There are some newer video systems especially on laptops that are not supported by older versions of WinPE
Resolution
Updated to the latest supported WinPE version Windows 10/11 Pre-installation Environment (WinPE) to resolve this issue.
