No video when booted to winpe automation

Issue/Introduction

While booting into WinPE preboot environment, there is no video shown on the screen.

Environment

This applies to all boot environments using windows PE.  Pxe, ISO, USB or automation folders.  

Cause

There are some newer video systems especially on laptops that is not supported by older versions of windows PE.  

Resolution

Update to the latest supported WinPE version Windows 10/11 Pre-installation Environment (WinPE) to resolve this issue.
