DLP integrated with Information Centric Tagging (ICT)

Cause

Classification of TXT files, XML files, and any files other than Office files or PDF files is not supported by ICT.

Resolution

The software is working as designed.

The best thing to do is to educate people who are dealing with incident reviews and remediation that ICT classification is designed specifically just for Office and PDF files, and the "not supported" message in incidents regarding TXT or XML files can be ignored
