Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the Symantec Management Agent (SMA), the agent is unable to send basic inventory

'C:\Program Files\Common Files\Altiris\AeXNSEvent.dll' access denied upon delete during SMA upgrade.

Resolution

Replace the .DLL file from a working client machine or reinstall the Symantec Management Agent.
