Issue/Introduction

How to change the frequency, email targets, or turn off the automatically generated reports for SEP Cloud and Vulnerability and Remediation.

Resolution

Follow these steps to adjust or disable any automatically generated report.

1. Go to securitycloud.symantec.com and log in.
2. Click on the Endpoint tab near the top of the page.
3. Click on the Reports and Templates icon in the left-hand icon bar.
   
4. Click on the report name you wish to change the settings for.
5. Change the settings as needed. To disable the sending of the report, remove any email addresses you wish to exclude.
   
6. Alternatively, you can toggle the switch for Schedule, which will disable the automatic running of the report.
7. Click Save Template at the right of the page.
8. Repeat the process for each report as required.
