Occaisonally it is noticed that Custom Dashbaords will not show data after upgrading to 6.5.2.
The issue is with the "View Queues" permission in 6. It appears that if a user or role has the View Queues permission set to “None” it is not scoping the permissions correctly and eliminating all DIM Incidents from view.
We recommend creating a “Default” queue and giving all of the Data Stewards roles access to only this queue (View Queues permission with the Assigned List set to Default). This will allow the Data Stewards to see their incidents and give us time to get the fix into the latest hotfix. I have successfully tested this short-term fix in DEV using my account (see image below):
