How to change the max entries on the DLP Endpoint Agent List

Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Endpoint Agent

You need to change the max entries on Agent List

Resolution

1. Edit the manager.properties file

15.x -  \Program Files\Symantec\Data Loss Prevention\Enforce\15.X\protect\config
--On Linux - /opt/Symantec/DataLossPrevention/ EnforceServer/15.X/Protect/config
 

2. Find the following line

# com.vontu.manager.agentlist.maxshowallagents = 200

3. Delete the # character in front of the line

com.vontu.manager.agentlist.maxshowallagents = 200
 

4. Change the value 200 to the max entries you wish (the limit value is 3000)
 

Example: 
com.vontu.manager.agentlist.maxshowallagents = 500
 

4. Save the manager.properties file

5. Restart the manager service:

15.7 (or higher) - Symantec DLP Manager service
