Receiving error when attempting to start Symantec DLP Services.
chown: invalid user: '@[email protected]'
su: user @[email protected] does not exist
Cause
This generally happens when the RPMs are installed, but the configuration utility inside the ../Protect/install folder has not been run

- Change to ../Protect/install directory in your Symantec DLP installation
- Run the configuration utility to complete installation of DLP
