Issue/Introduction

Description:

There were changes made to both the API and CSV utility formatted data for SMF element activity. The target (TO) fields were overwriting the source (FROM) fields and the source (FROM) fields were missing from the CSV SMF Function. Additionally, many of the actions were not correctly writing the API SMF data. For example, the DSN/MBR field were not being written for the ADD/RETRIEVE actions. P6083

Programs using SMF element activity data should be reviewed for accuracy. The Endevor R16.0 API Guide and Utilities Guide contain the correct record formats.
