Why do I get a "agent_escalate" as status on an agent report?

Issue/Introduction

When running agent reports on the Enforce console and exporting them to a CSV file, the status of some agents was "agent_escalate".

"agent_escalate"

Cause

This happens when an agent has a warning (yellow triangle). When that file gets exported, it will change the warning symbol to an umbrella name of "agent_escalate"

Resolution

The status will change when whatever is triggering the warning gets fixed. For more details about the warnings go to the console in the agent overview and click on the machine to see the recent events.
