DLP: unable to copy/paste text in powershell.exe and powershell_ise.exe

Issue/Introduction

Unable to copy/paste text in powershell.exe and powershell_ise.exe the first time. Can take up to 3 to 5 attempts before the copy or paste executes

Environment

Windows 10, Windows 7

Cause

The delay is caused by the detection component holding the paste and copy actions open. 

Resolution

Do the following to resolve the issue: 

• In the enforce UI go to System > Agents > Agent Configuration
• edit the agent configuration
• advanced settings tab
• edit the ClipboardViewer.SLEEP_TIME_IN_MS.int from 10 to 100
• save and apply configuration
