Issue/Introduction

Logged in as an AD user within the SysAdmin DLP role. When navigating to System > Agents > Overview and selecting either OK, Warning, or Critical no agents are populated as expected. You may find column names such as Status, Agents, Machine Name, etc..but no agents are listed. Incidents are still being captured from reporting Agents. No errors are reported on the console page.

Cause

Corrupted DLP user.

Resolution

Since we notice that agents are still generating incidents we can assume agents are communicating with the Endpoint server.

* Note: the following steps will remove custom private reports generated by the affected user.

To resolve this issue log in as Administrator and navigate to System > Login Management > DLP Users. Locate the user experiencing this issue and remove the user. After that user has been successfully removed add that user back into DLP and assign them to the Sys Admin Role.

Log out and log back in as the affected user and you can now successfully view all agents within OK, Warning, and Critical.
