Data Loss Prevention(DLP) Grid Scan fails to pause or resume properly

Issue/Introduction

Grid Scanning is a new featured added with DLP 15.0
Grid scans with pause scheduled enabled fail to pause correctly or resume.
Follower servers continue to return response to the scan requests then errors are seen
