Unable to save/open powerpoint files with video embedded

Issue/Introduction

You are unable to save/open PowerPoint files that contain embedded videos.

Cause

 

Resolution

1. From the Enforce Console, go to the System >> Agents >> Agent configuration >> [select the agent configuration assigned to the agent affected] >> Settings tab.
2. Ensure that the option "Monitor Microsoft Office files saved to web locations" check box is unselected. 
3. Save and apply the agent configuration.
4. You should now be able to save and manipulate PowerPoint files with embedded videos.
