How to force an update to the Agent Configuration manually

Issue/Introduction

Follow this process if you need to push out an updated configuration to DLP endpoint agents.

Resolution

1. Go to System > Agents > Agent Groups
2. Select the group you would like to push the configuration to
3. Click Update Configuration

Note: The agents will receive the update the next time they checkin to the Endpoint Server
