Issue/Introduction:

Reach Agent needs to be uninstalled from a Mac

Resolution:

Save any open work, then open Terminal and execute the command below. The command removes the Reach agent and then restarts the Mac:

sudo /Library/Application\ Support/ReachAgent/ReachAgent.app/Contents/Resources/Uninstall.sh
