Issue/Introduction
The customer wants to know what the different states of SpanVA are and what they mean.
Resolution
| State | Meaning |
| ALIVE | this means SpanVA is working normal, all services are doing what they are supposed to do. |
| DEGRADED | this means one or more services are not running or an upload is failing. |
| DISCONNECTED | this means SpanVA is not able to connect with CloudSOC. |
| New | this is a pre-register state. |
| Registered | this is a transient state only and rarely would occur. It's an indication that the registration has been done but SpanVA has not decided about the state yet. |
