Note: the following article assumes the SpanVA is connected to CloudSOC, if it is not the option to change the password will not be available


To reset the password for a SpanVA instance from within CloudSOC:

  1. In CloudSOC, on the Settings gear in the top right corner of the page

  2. Click the Elastica SpanVA tab

  3. Click the Status Monitor tab.

  4. Find the SpanVA you want to reset the password for and select it.
  5. On the Details panel for the SpanVA, click Reset SpanVA Password.

  6. CloudSOC resets the SpanVA password, then shows you the new password.
  7. Wait three minutes, then use the new password to login to the SpanVA instance.
  8. Change the password to something of your choosing.
