Can the OneDrive Admin URL in O365 Securlet be changed after activation

The Admin's OneDrive URL needs to be changed for the Office 365 instance in CloudSOC.


• If no value was entered when the O365 Securlet was last activated, then you can add the OneDrive URL via the O365 Securlet configuration/activation form without needing to 'reactivate' (go to: CloudSOC Store > O365 Securlet > Configure).


• If a value was previously entered and you need to change to another OneDrive URL, note- it's not possible to change the Admin's OneDrive URL after activation without deactivating and re-activating the Securlet.

To deactivate and re-activate the Securlet follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your CloudSOC tenant with a Sysadmin account

  2. Go to the Store tab

  3. Hover over the Office 365 Securlet and select Configure

  4. On the Configure Securlet page verify that the Purge Data check box is NOT checked. Take a screenshot of the configuration page so that you can use the information as a template for re-activation.  When re-activating, the account name will need to be identical for this to be successful.

  5. Click Deactivate

  6. ​After deactivation wait at least 30 minutes before re-activating the Securlet.
