EDPA.exe spiking cpu and does not release the memory


Policy had too many exceptions entered


Temporary workaround is to disable the Policy that is causing the cpu spike.

Additional solution would be to set up a group in AD and add/remove users as needed. Then configure the user exception in the policy by adding the group.
