We are pleased to announce the transition of Symantec Status Page to Broadcom Service Status, providing a unified availability and maintenance status portal across Broadcom and overall improving the customer experience.
What is happening?
Starting February 7th through March 2nd the transition will take place through a weekly deployment cycle:
Below are the migration dates of existing pages to the new product family pages. Communications will be sent out approximately 7 days before the page is migrated.
What will the impact be?
Existing subscriptions will be automatically migrated across to the relevant product family pages, keeping all notification preferences retained (Email, SMS and WebHooks), so no action is required to re-subscribe to the new pages.
URLs will be redirected for a period of 3 months, however we advise updating bookmarks/links as soon as the new pages are live.
