Issue/Introduction

 

Receiving message HZS0420E from health check policy update. The message is indicating the DATE in the UPDATE is invalid.

Resolution

If you use a policy in the IBM health check to change or deactivate a CA 1/TLMS health check, the DATE specified must be equal to the date in the health check load module or higher. There is a NOCHECK option but it is ignored if you also have specified PARM, ACTIVE, INACTIVE, SEVERITY, INTERVAL or are DELETING the health check. For CA 1 and TLMS health checks you can browse the appropriate load module in CTAPLINK and locate the assembly date and use it in the policy.

Here is a list of the health checks and the module names for CA 1 and TLMS. (security check name, module name, FMID RMID information at the time of this update and the date).

 

CA 1 checks.  In the load module look for the CAL0C60 and the RMID statement, the date will follow the RMID.
