What process updates 'Organizational Summary' after an AD Import?

We have noticed that after a Computer AD Import if you select one of those machines that were imported an open Resource Manager and go to Summaries>Organizational Summary, the portion under Organizational Group for the Active Directory Domains is not updated right away.
What process updates 'Organizational Summary' after an AD Import?

This 'Organizational Summary' is updated when Delta Update Schedule (under Settings>Notification Server>Resource Membership Update) runs. These references are updated and the proper Organizational Groups and Views are referenced.
