Issue/Introduction

As part of the server build process, we are monitoring all filesystems on Linux servers by deploying CDM Super packages. We are seeing issues with NFS filesystems, e.g., until we "Enable space monitoring" for particular NFS filesystem, the NFS filesystems space monitoring is in disabled state. If one server has 3 NFS filesystems, we have to manually enable each one of them.  Is there any way we can identify these filesystems so the NFS disk configuration will be affected?

Cause

The config being applied does not identify nfs mounts as drives that should have a configuration change applied.

Environment

Release : 9.0.2

Component : UIM - CDM WITH IOSTAT

Resolution

Using the following key, the filesystem type for nfs mounts will be identified, and the package will apply the config to it.

   filesystem_type_regex = ext*|ufs|vxfs|reiserfs|cifs|nfs
