CA Endevor Add failing with S806 on C1PIPAM* modules

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to the new version of Endevor, one of the users reported that an ADD of a COBOL type element was failing with the following errors:

Cause

The C1PIPAM* modules are for the CA Endevor Panvalet interface.

The C1PIPAM* modules are created by running the BC1JPAN job found in the Endevor CSIQJCL library,
