Service Desk Manager - KB documents not showing up on search

There are some published documents which is not showing up in search results. The documents show up in "New Documents" but keyword search wont work and even if we go directly into category and search.

Pdm_k_reindex resolved the issue. Recommended to run on a regular basis to avoid the problem
