Issue/Introduction
snmpget probe keeps communication failure for SNMP V3 devices after device restart or snmp agent restart.
Environment
Component : UIM - SNMPGET
Cause
Probe's internal thread ran out of its pool.
Resolution
Add the following parameter via probe Raw Configure.
<setup>/max_threads =
Default value for the parameter is 30
If you have much more profiles, probe is always ran out of thread pool.
Configure the value greater than number of profiles, it will help stabilize re-establishing communication with SNMP V3 target devices.
