Scheduled reports run but do not send an email. However when I open the report and click email the report does get delivered.

Resolution
The issue was the timezone on the report. It was set to GMT while the customer was on a different timezone. The reports were just delayed. Changing the timezone on the report to match the local timezone managed to get the scheduled report in time.
