vapp_sync throws REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED!

Issue/Introduction

After running vapp_sync the below error is thrown.

 vapp_sync [ERROR] 255: @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
 vapp_sync [ERROR] 255: @    WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED!
 vapp_sync [ERROR] 255: @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
 vapp_sync [ERROR] 255: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!

Environment

Release: 14.1 / 14.2 / 14.3

Component : IdentityMinder(Identity Manager)
Component : IdentitySuite(Identity Virtual Appliance)

Resolution

This error indicates the IP Address against ETH0 was changed from the original to a new IP and or was changed then returned to its original state. Either route will cause product deployment to throw this error message and cannot be resolved by one's self as this causes the host key in /root/.ssh/known_hosts.

Open a support case and request SE to prepare an executable to clear known hosts to resolve this issue.
