No Meraki devices appear in Spectrum after enabling the VNA Meraki Integration

Issue/Introduction

  • VNA is configured with a Meraki plug-in and the Meraki devices are correctly displayed in CAPM but not SPECTRUM.  
  • VNA Connection with Spectrum is successful

Resolution

SPECTRUM – STEPS TO RESET MERAKI INVENTORY

  • From OneClick Console > SDN Manager > Attributes > SDN Enabled OC Server.
  • Clear the attribute value (shows VNA server) from OneClick Console
  • Disable/Enable the VNA integration with OneClick.
  • The VNA will start to update the Meraki inventory in Spectrum.
