Alerts are being rejected on manager

Issue/Introduction

Connector alerts are being rejected at manager with below exception in SOI manager logs

INFO  [JMS Alert MySOIServer.ca.com] ?.?(?)  - rejected alert: {AlertType=Risk, AlertedConnectorName=

However, connector logs doesn't show any messages and no alerts are showing in the SOI Alert console for this connector

Environment

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager: 4.x

Cause

Looking at the connector policy file, the MDRElementid should not be equal to AlertedMdrElementID.
But all these "rejected" alerts have same value for MDRElementID and AlertedMdrElementID.

AlertedMdrElementID=GIS UCM, MdrElementID=GIS UCM
AlertedMdrElementID=SERVICEPORTAL, MdrElementID=SERVICEPORTAL
AlertedMdrElementID=Retail Store, MdrElementID=Retail Store

All above 3 alerts have same value for both MDRElementID and AlertedMdrElementID, hence manager will reject these alerts

Resolution

1. Please review your connector policy and make sure both will have different values like below, so here both MdrElementID & AlertedMdrElementID are different.
So, both will publish different values



2. Restart Connector services
