When a ticket requesting a PAM license is opened in the PAM support queue it must be redirected to the correct queue.

To create a license request ticket in the correct queue proceed as follows:
On support.broadcom.com go to Case Management, click on "Create Case" and create it with the following selections:
Case Type: Global Customer Assistance
Product: Licensing-CA
Product Release: 1.0
Component: ACQKEY : LICENSING FOR Other ACQUIRED COMPANIES
Provide the hardware ID, which is available from the System Info link on the top right of the PAM UI, under the Hardware Identifier tab, and any license details you may have.
