Why one will use the baseline when scenarios store the same information and how is baseline comparison different than scenario comparison?

Resolution
Roadmapping includes the scenario comparison capabilities. Users can name scenarios whatever they want but from a story telling perspective, we talk about a Baseline scenario - that would be created as you exit BRP (Big Room Planning as an example)...this is the list of capabilities or initiatives agreed upon for the upcoming quarter. Then as the weeks/months go by, a new scenario is created to represent what the team is working on now, priorities may change, items may be accelerated/delayed/removed/added and this allows the user to compare these 2 scenarios and ID what has changed since the 'baseline' scenario was created.
