Issue/Introduction
It appears that TSSCICSN is the actual Top Secret Admin program that is invoked by TSSCICS and cannot be linked directly by the application.
Is it possible that TSSCICS can be relinked as AMODE(31) or is there anyother alternative?
Environment
Release: Component: AWAGNT
Resolution
The TSSCICS is a stub to call TSSCICSO or TSSCICSN, that is why it has AMODE 24.
All of the CICS Transaction Server releases use TSSCICSN now, so TSSCICSO is no longer called. So it is possible to call TSSCICSN directly.
If TSSCICSN is linkedited in AMODE 31, then nothing else is needed.
With TSSCICS linked in AMODE 24, you can get an AEZC abend when the task has DATALOC(ANY). To avoid this, you can relink it in AMODE 31.
