Changing resolution of dashboard widgets is not reflected in Webview.

Issue/Introduction

Description:

When changing the default resolution of dashboard widgets, it shows up correctly in Java Workstation. But it doesn't look modified in Webview.

Solution:

Dashboard elements are always set to a 15 second resolution when viewed through Webview. Note this is a fixed setting and is not configurable.
