Issue/Introduction

Running Express Setup via /RADMIN.AD.I fails with RMSYNC12 FUNCTION NOT AVAILABLE TO USER - INSUFFICIENT AUTHORITY

 

Resolution

To run IP Express Setup via /RADMIN.AD.I, the UAMS definition for your userid requires AOM message receipt, All routcodes and console authority equal to or greater than 'C'.

Check screens 10 and 11 in your UAMS definitions.

They should look like this:

You will need to logoff your region then log back on to implement the any changes to UAMS.
