Cisco Nexus Switch shows every 5 minutes "Management Agent Lost" Alarms.
Device of type CiscoNXOS is no longer responding to primary
management requests (e.g. SNMP), but appears to be responsive to other
communication protocol (e.g. ICMP). This condition has persisted for an
extended amount of time. An alarm will be generated.
This is due to a bug in the CiscoNXOS version 5.2(1)N1(5) release.There are log files without compression which causes the Flash-Memory-File-System to over flow.
This issue is resolved in the NXOS 5.2(1)N1(7) release.
