Datacom DBUTLTY job received RC 94(94) error.

Issue/Introduction

 Datacom job using DBUTLTY to load a database received RC 94(94) error message:

 	DB13001E - UNEXPECTED RETURN CODE 94 (94) 

This job ran successfully before the upgrade and was not changed.

Resolution

A return code 94 indicates a General Error, and there could be multiple causes and reasons for the errors.

The subcode in this case indicates that the CXX is in the wrong format for the function. However, the problem may not be with the CXX or the database definition. In this case, please review the loadlibs in use in the DBUTLTY job. This return code could indicate running DBUTLTY with prior version load libraries instead of the current version libraries, and the prior version software would not recognize the CXX format in use.

If this does not address the problem, please gather the output from the failing job and from the Multi-User Facility (called MUF), and contact Broadcom support.
