Question
Why does the AeX AC Identification > Last Logged On User and Last Logged On Domain data classes appear as blank or null entries for machines that have had user's logged on?

Answer
These data classes are populated by the Basic Inventory process and will contain the logged on user account and domain name at the time basic inventory is executed.  Meaning, if a basic inventory is run when a user is logged into the system the user data is populated in the associated dataclass.  If the basic inventory is run when NO user is logged into the system these fields are populated with a NULL or blank.

Since the name of the data class seems misleading, it might be best to think of these fields as the "currently logged on user and domain at the time of collecting basic inventory".
