This FAQ addresses some of the questions most often asked by app developers about Symantec Sealed and the Symantec Sealed Partner Program:
- How do I access my Symantec Sealed account?
- Visit the URL you set up during registration and enter your Symantec Sealed credentials.
- How do I access the Symantec Sealed Connect forum?
- Visit the URL provided to you during registration and enter your SymConnect credentials.
- How do I start a new discussion on the Symantec Sealed SymConnect forum?
- On your Connect home page, in the upper left corner, click Create Content > Forum Discussion.
- Provide the required information (indicated with a red star).
- Indicate whether you are looking for information or sharing information.
- Enter a descriptive title for your post.
- Enter the details of your post. To help others assist you, include as many details as you can.
- Tag the discussion properly:

Note:Topic tags are optional.
- Confirm that your post is included in the Symantec Sealed Partners Group, and that the Public option is NOT checked.
