Prior to collecting the nlogs it is best to ensure they contain entries that are as detailed as possible. In order to do this, each nlog.config file needs to have its "minLevel" logger name changed from "Info" to "Trace".
The nlog.config files are located in the following directories on the Mobile Management Server:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Mobile Management\Enrollment
C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Mobile Management\iosServices
C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Mobile Management\iOSWS
C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Mobile Management\NTServices
Reproduce the error being experienced once all of the nlog.config files have been edited for trace logging.
After the issue has been repeated, each of the nlog files can be collected from the following directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Mobile Management\Data\nlog
The logs will be in .txt format and the most recent ones can be compressed into a single file to simplify the transfer process to support.
