How can I open the Altiris Console from a remote computer?
The remote computer must be able to locate the computer that Notification Server is installed on on the network. The remote computer may require a VPN connection or other method to connect to the network where the Notification Server computer is located.
Open Internet Explorer on the remote computer.
To open the Atiris Console (6.0), enter one of the following URLs in the Address field:

Before the Altiris Console is opened, an authentication window may appear that requires credentials to connect to the Notification Server computer. Enter a user name (you may need to use domain or computer\username format) and password that has the permissions to access the Notification Server features you want to use and click OK. The Altiris Console will open.
