4. Under SMP Console -> Settings->Notification Server -> IT Analytics Settings -> Configuration, Verify Report Server Virtual Directory URL, Analysis Server Name, Database name, Report Folder Name,
Authentication Type
5. Review cube access for users and groups for Settings > Notification Server > IT Analytics > Cubes > Security tab
6. Verify cube access from SQL Server Management Studio
7. Review report access for user from Settings > Notification Server > IT Analytics > Reports > Security tab
8. Verify Report access from http(s):\\SERVERNAME\ReportServer
9. Events under SQL database table "Evt_IT_Analytics_Configuration". (select * from EVT_It_Analytics_configuration)
10. Verify OLEDB 9.0 installed
11. Internet Explorer settings -> Enable - Access data sources across domains, Logon - Automatic logon with current user name and password
12. Verify OWC11 installed
